摘  要:通过抗压强度试验、轴心抗压强度试验、抗折强度试验,研究在标准养护、55℃蒸汽养护、85℃蒸汽养护条件下养护不同龄期,高温蒸养不同时间后继续标准养护,以及标准养护不同龄期后高温蒸养对超高性能混凝土(UHPC)力学性能的影响.结果表明:在标准养护与高温蒸汽养护条件下,UHPC的力学性能均随养护时间的增加而提高;高温蒸养后进行标准养护,抗压强度、轴心抗压强度的增幅与蒸养温度、养护时间负相关;标准养护所得抗压强度终值高于高温蒸汽养护所得强度终值;且UHPC经历长时间标准养护后继续高温蒸养,抗压强度仍可增长;高温蒸养可提高棱柱体抗压强度与立方体抗压强度的比值;蒸养温度对抗折强度的影响较小,在标准养护条件下,抗折强度发展速率远高于抗压强度及轴心抗压强度发展速率。The compressive strength,axial compressive strength and flexural strength of ultra high performance concrete under different curing regimes were investigated.There are four concrete curing schemes standard curing to different ages,steam curing at 55℃or 85℃to different ages,and combined steam curing and standard curing in different order.The results showed that under both standard curing and steam curing conditions,the mechanical properties of UHPC increase with the increase of curing time.The increase of compressive strength and axial compressive strength is negatively correlated with the steam curing temperature and curing time when standard curing is carried out after steam curing.The final compressive strength obtained by standard curing is higher than that obtained by steam curing.And after a long time of standard curing,the compressive strength of UHPC can still increase if it continues to be steamed at 85℃.The ratio of axial compressive strength to cubic compressive strength can be improved by steam curing.Steam curing temperature has less effect on flexural strength,and under standard curing conditions,the development rate of flexural strength is much higher than that of compressive strength and axial compressive strength.
