摘  要:研究了玄武岩粉对高强水泥砂浆力学性能和孔隙结构的影响,探讨了玄武岩粉这种矿物掺合料代替硅灰研发高强水泥砂浆的可能性.分别设置了纯水泥砂浆、掺入玄武岩粉和掺入硅灰的高强砂浆试件组,并进行了抗压及抗折试验,拟合了高强砂浆的位移荷载曲线.同时,利用压汞法(MIP)研究3种水泥砂浆的孔隙结构.结果表明,玄武岩粉改性水泥砂浆的抗折强度较纯水泥砂浆组提升78%,但仍低于硅灰改性水泥砂浆试件.玄武岩粉对水泥砂浆抗压强度的作用不明显,但玄武岩粉能通过火山灰效应细化孔隙结构.It investigated the effects of basalt powders on the mechanical and pore structures of high strength cement mortars,and discussed the possibility that basalt powders as a mineral additive in the development of high strength cement mortars.In this study,the samples of ordinary cement mortars,the cement mortars with basalt powders and the cement mortars with silica fume were set up.The compressive and flexural tests were carried out and the displacement-force curves of high strength cement mortars were fitted.In addition,the pore structures of the cement mortars are examined by mercury intrusion porosimetry(MIP).Results show that the value of flexural strength of the cement mortar with basalt powders increased by 78%,however,which was still lower than that of the cement mortar with silica fume.The effect of basalt powders on the compressive strengths of cement mortars is not significant.But basalt powders can improve the pore structures by volcanic ash effect.
