摘  要:岩石粉被广泛地应用于制备混凝土,分别通过单掺20%片麻岩粉、花岗岩粉、石灰岩粉、玄武岩粉和粉煤灰,制备水胶比为0.47和0.35的混凝土,研究不同岩石粉对混凝土抗冻性和抗压强度的影响.结果表明,岩石粉的掺入对会削弱混凝土的抗冻性和抗压强度,但不同岩石粉混凝土之间性能差异较小;分别加入引气剂、抗冻合金粉、疏水剂、硅灰来尝试提高岩石粉混凝土抗冻性,发现掺引气剂为最有效手段,但极大削弱混凝土抗压强度,抗冻合金粉能令岩石粉混凝土最大冻融循环次数达到300次,同时抗压强度仅下降7.5%。Rock powder is widely used in the preparation of concrete.By directly mixing 20%gneiss powder,granite powder,limestone powder,basalt powder and fly ash,it prepared two kinds of concrete whose water-to-binder ratios were 0.47 and 0.35,and the frost resistance and compressive strength of concrete affected by different types of rock powder were researched.The results showed that the incorporation of rock powder will weaken the frost resistance and compressive strength of concrete.But the gaps in performance between four types of rock powder concrete are slight.Finally,by adding air entraining agent,antifreeze alloy powder,hydrophobic agent and silica fume,it tried to improve the frost resistance of rock-filled concrete.It is found that adding air-entraining agent is the most effective mean,but the bubbles will sharply reduce the compressive strength of hardened concrete.Antifreeze alloy powder can help the sample withstand 300 freeze-thawing cycles,and the compressive strength of concrete only is reduced 7.5%at the same time.
