用于处理船舶含油污水的SBR活性污泥驯化培养

摘　　要：采用2种方法对用于处理船舶含油污水的SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)活性污泥进行驯化培养试验。对船舶含油污水的可生化性和生化处理工艺的选择进行分析,在此基础上阐述该驯化培养试验用到的装置、检测方法和工艺流程。试验结果表明:当船舶进水中含油污水的质量浓度增加速度过快时,微生物无法适应恶劣的水质条件,其呼吸作用会受到严重抑制;在培养初期需设置10 d低浓度适应期,适应期结束之后逐步提高船舶进水中含油污水的质量浓度,整个驯化培养周期不宜短于24 d;经过驯化培养的SBR活性污泥能较好地适应船舶含油污水的水质条件,并降解其中的有机污染物;在船舶含油污水进水COD的质量浓度为1580 mg/L的情况下,经SBR生化处理的出水COD的质量浓度为678 mg/L,COD去除率为57.1%。Two sludge acclimatization processes are studied.Experiments indicates that the microorganisms cannot cope with poor quality water if the oil concentration in influent water goes up abruptly.In that case,the biological activity will be inhibited.A 10-day adaptation period is necessary before the beginning of acclimatization.In the period,the proportion of oily wastewater in the influent water should be raised gradually to the specified level.At least 24 days are needed to complete the acclimation process.After acclimatization,the activated sludge has adapted to the oily wastewater and can degrade the organic pollutants effectively.Test results show that for influent oily wastewater with 1580 mg/L of COD,the COD in effluent is reduced to 678 mg/L after SBR(Sequencing Batch Reactor Activated Sludge Process)biochemical treatment.57.1%of COD removal efficiency is achieved.
