摘  要:风量罩广泛应用于暖通空调行业,但在测量过程中存在测量结果不准确的问题。通过实验发现,风量罩罩体对系统出风口产生静压作用,阻碍其自然出风。因此提出一种基于静压补偿的方法,在风量罩内安装小型风扇,将出风口处存在的静压降低至0 Pa,使得风量罩测得的风量大小准确无误,并在标准风洞实验室内证实了这一方法的可行性。The air volume cover is widely used in the HVAC industry,but there is a problem of inaccurate measurement results during the measurement process.Through experiments,it was found that the air volume cover has a static pressure effect on the air outlet of the system,which hinders its natural wind.Therefore,a method based on static pressure compensation is proposed,and a small fan is installed in the air volume cover to reduce the static pressure existing at the air outlet to 0 Pa,so that the air volume measured by the air volume cover is accurate.And confirmed the feasibility of this method in the standard wind tunnel laboratory.
