摘 要:通过假定相对理想的出入库流量变化过程,定性分析了负荷自由调整权在沙坪电站水位控制中的效果。结果表明,±50 MW的负荷余量可为电站提供约120万m^(3)的库容收益或增大约200万m^(3)的库容泄量;此外,在入库流量变化时,若有一定量的负荷自由调整权,可极大地延缓水位越限的时间,延长水库安全运行时限。基于沙坪二级水电站实际运行数据,证明了负荷自由调整权的重要性和有效性。The effect of load free adjustment right in water level control of Shaping Hydropower Station is qualitatively analyzed by assuming the relatively ideal changing process of inflow and outflow.The result shows that a load allowance of ±50 MW can provide a storage capacity gain of about 1.2 million m^(3) or increase the storage capacity discharge of about 2 million m^(3).In addition,if there is a certain amount of free load adjustment right when the inflow of the reservoir changes,it can greatly delay the time of water level exceeding the limit and increase the safe operation time of the reservoir.Based on the actual operation data of Shaping Ⅱ Hydropower Station,the importance and effectiveness of free load adjustment right are proved.
