平胃消疹汤联合盐酸奥洛他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹胃肠湿热证临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察平胃消疹汤联合盐酸奥洛他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹胃肠湿热证的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的60例慢性荨麻疹胃肠湿热证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。对照组予盐酸奥洛他定片口服,治疗组在口服盐酸奥洛他定片的同时服用平胃消疹汤,2组疗程均为4周。分别于治疗前后观察2组荨麻疹活动评分(UAS7)和瘙痒VAS评分变化,于治疗结束后1个月进行随访,评估有效率、不良反应发生率和复发率。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率76.66%;治疗组的不良反应发生率6.6%,对照组不良反应发生率14.2%;治疗组复发率为16.6%,对照组复发率为60%。2组总有效率、不良反应发生率及复发率比较,均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论平胃消疹汤联合盐酸奥洛他定片治疗慢性荨麻疹胃肠湿热证较单纯应用盐酸奥洛他定片临床疗效好,在减少不良反应发生及控制复发率方面具有优势。Objective To observe the clinical effi cacy of Pingwei Xiaozhen Decoction combined with olopatadine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria with the syndrome of damp-heat in stomach and intestine.Methods Sixty patients with chronic urticaria with the syndrome of damp-heat in stomach and intestine who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was given olopatadine hydrochloride tablets orally,while the treatment group was treated with Pingwei Xiaozhen Decoction on the basis of the control group.The course of treatment for both groups was 4 weeks.The changes in the urticaria activity score(UAS7)and pruritus VAS score of the two groups were observed before and after treatment,and a follow-up was performed 1 month after the end of treatment to evaluate the eff ective rate,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rate.Results The total eff ective rate was 93.33%in the treatment group and 76.66%in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.6%in the treatment group and 14.2%in the control group.The recurrence rate was 16.6%in the treatment group and 60%in the control group.The total effective rate of the treatment group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group.The ratio of total eff ective rate,incidence of adverse reactions and recurrence rate between the two groups all had statistical signifi cance(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion Pingwei Xiaozhen Decoction combined with olopatadine hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of chronic urticaria with the syndrome of damp-heat in stomach and intestine is better in clinical eff ect than the solo application of olopatadine hydrochloride tablets,and has advantages in reducing the occurrence of adverse reactions and controlling the recurrence rate.
