摘　　要：舌诊是中医诊断的方法之一,在中医诊治过程中发挥重要作用,可以判断病邪性质、病情轻重、疾病的预后和转归。舌诊在病毒性传染病(传染性非典型性肺炎、病毒性肝炎、流行性感冒、艾滋病)中发挥了重要作用,研究总结中医舌诊在病毒性传染病中的运用经验具有现实价值和重要意义。Tongue inspection is one of the methods of TCM diagnosis,which plays an important role in the process of TCM diagnosis and treatment.It can judge the nature of pathogenic factors,the severity,prognosis and outcome of a disease.Tongue inspection has played an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of viral infectious diseases(SARS,viral hepatitis,infl uenza and AIDS).It is of practical value and important signifi cance to study and summarize the application experience of TCM tongue inspection in viral infectious diseases.
