民间投资与经济创新驱动发展关系的测定

摘　　要：运用柯布道格拉斯生产函数模型,以中国中东部某省2014-2019年经济社会发展数据为样本,选取产出、国有投资、劳动投入等经济创新驱动发展中主要宏观经济变量作为代表性指标,研究并测定民间投资与经济创新驱动发展的关系。研究得出以下结论:样本省份每形成1个单位的民间资本存量能拉动0.193867个单位的GDP增长;民间投资较国有投资,与GDP之间更具有良性互动关系,促进经济创新驱动发展的潜力更大。并提出合理分配和共享经济发展成果,高效对接技术创新项目,发挥国有投资和PPP项目带动力,提高政策传导效果等进一步激活民间投资,促进经济创新驱动发展的对策。This paper uses the Cobb Douglas production function model, takes the economic and social development data of a province in central and eastern China from 2014 to 2019 as a sample, and selects output, state-owned investment, labor input and other major macroeconomic variables in economic innovation and development as representative indicators to study the relationship between private investment and economic innovation and development. This article draws the following conclusions. First, every unit of private capital stock in the sample provinces can drive 0.193867 units of GDP growth. Second, private investment has a more benign interactive relationship with GDP than state-owned investment, and has greater potential to promote economic innovation and developmen. Third, private investment will maintain a growth trend in the next two years. This article proposes the rational distribution and sharing of economic development achievements, efficient docking of technological innovation projects, giving full play to the driving force of state-owned investment and PPP projects, and improving policy transmission effects to further activate private investment and promote economic innovation and developmen.
