摘  要:目的探讨丙泊酚闭环靶控输注镇静镇痛麻醉在脂肪抽吸手术中的应用效果。方法选择2018年3月—2020年3月在该院做脂肪抽吸手术的患者118例,将患者按照麻醉方式不同分为两组,对照组59例,麻醉时人工调节丙泊酚靶浓度,观察组59例,进行丙泊酚闭环靶控输注镇静镇痛麻醉。对比两组患者手术中深度麻醉传感器(bispectral index,BIS)监测平均值以及BIS 50~60区间、45~65区间的时间占比,另外对比患者麻醉清醒时间及对医师的满意度评分。结果通过麻醉,对照组BIS监测平均值为(55.8±6.2),BIS50~60区间的时间占比为(58.6±10.4)%,45~65区间的时间占比为(85.3±8.1)%,观察组BIS监测平均值为(54.6±4.9),BIS50~60区间的时间占比为(54.8±18.9)%,45~65区间的时间占比为(82.6±14.3)%,两组差异无统计学意义(t=1.166,P=0.123;t=1.353,P=0.089;t=1.262,P=0.105);对照组麻醉清醒时间及对医师的满意度评分分别为(5.6±2.1)min、(8.7±0.4)分,观察组麻醉清醒时间及对医师的满意度评分分别为(5.3±1.2)min、(8.6±0.3)分,两组差异无统计学意义(t=0.953,P=0.171;t=1.536,P=0.064)。结论采用丙泊酚闭环靶控输注和丙泊酚人工调节靶控输注在脂肪抽吸手术镇静镇痛作用中无明显差异,两组麻醉效果均良好,可供临床应用。Objective To investigate the effect of propofol closed-loop target-controlled infusion for sedation and analgesia in liposuction surgery.Methods 118 patients who underwent liposuction in the hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to different anesthesia methods.The control group was 59 cases.The target concentration of propofol was manually adjusted during anesthesia,59 patients in the observation group received propofol closed-loop target-controlled infusion for sedation and analgesia.The average value of BIS monitoring during the operation of the two groups of patients and the proportion of time in the BIS50-60 interval and the 45-65 interval were compared between the two groups.In addition,the patient's anesthesia awake time and the satisfaction score of the doctor were compared.Results Through anesthesia,the average value of bispectral index(BIS)monitoring in the control group was(55.8±6.2),the time ratio of BIS50-60 interval was(58.6±10.4)%,and the time ratio of 45-65 interval was(85.3±8.1)%.The average value of BIS monitoring in the observation group was(54.6±4.9),the time ratio of BIS50-60 interval was(54.8±18.9)%,and the time ratio of 45-65 interval was(82.6±14.3)%,the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant(t=1.166,P=0.123;t=1.353,P=0.089;t=1.262,P=0.105);the control group's anesthesia awake time and the satisfaction score of the physician were(5.6±2.1)min,(8.7±0.4)points,the observation group's anesthesia awake time and the scores of satisfaction with the physician were(5.3±1.2)min and(8.6±0.3)points,respectively.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(t=0.953,P=0.171;t=1.536,P=0.064).Conclusion There is no significant difference between the closed-loop target-controlled infusion of propofol and the artificially adjusted target-controlled infusion of propofol in the sedative and analgesic effects of liposuction surgery.Both groups have good anesthesia effects and can b
