摘 要:目的探讨现代神经促进技术辅助治疗小儿脑瘫的应用效果。方法选取该院2017年1月—2019年1月收治的小儿脑瘫患儿84例,采用红蓝双色球法将其随机分为两组,各42例,对照组采用常规治疗,观察组在此基础上采用现代神经促进技术辅助治疗,2个月后比较两组患儿治疗前后的运动功能、平衡能力和日常生活能力变化情况,对比疗效。结果治疗后观察组的粗大运动功能测量表(GMFM)评分(82.42±10.51)分、日常生活活动能力评分(MBI)评分(81.14±8.58)分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分(47.72±5.48)分高于对照组的(65.76±10.63)分、(75.46±8.37)分和(41.02±5.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=7.223、3.071、5.649,P<0.05);观察组治疗有效率(95.24%)明显高于对照组(73.81%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05)。结论应用现代神经促进技术辅助治疗小儿脑瘫能够有效促进患儿运动功能恢复,提高患儿平衡能力,改善患儿日常生活能力,疗效显著。Objective To explore the application effect of modern neurostimulation technology in assisted treatment of children with cerebral palsy.Methods A total of 84 children with cerebral palsy who were admitted to the hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups with 42 cases in each group using the red and blue double-color ball method.The control group received conventional treatment,and the observation group was based on this,modern nerve-promoting technology was used to assist the treatment.Two months later,the changes in motor function,balance ability and ability of daily living of the two groups of children before and after treatment were compared,and the curative effects were compared.Results After treatment,the observation group's GMFM score(82.42±10.51)points,MBI score(81.14±8.58)points,and BBS score(47.72±5.48)points were higher than those of the control group(65.76±10.63)points and(75.46±8.37)points and(41.02±5.39)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=7.223,3.071,5.649,P<0.05);the effective rate of treatment in the observation group(95.24%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(73.81%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.372,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of modern neurostimulation technology to assist in the treatment of children with cerebral palsy can effectively promote the recovery of children's motor function,improve the children's balance ability,and improve the children's ability of daily living.The effect is significant.
