延伸护理在心力衰竭合并心律失常患者中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的探究心力衰竭合并心律失常患者护理中运用延伸护理的护理价值。方法采集2019年8月—2020年2月期间该院收治的86例心力衰竭合并心律失常患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例。对照组予常规护理,观察组予以延伸护理,比较两组患者护理效果差异。结果观察组患者的健康饮食为(8.15±1.24)分、服药依从性为(7.88±1.43)分、疾病知识为(8.52±1.47)分、合理锻炼为(8.78±1.03)分,均显著优于对照组(6.22±3.04)分、(5.47±4.19)分、(6.17±3.08)分、(5.88±3.39)分,差异有统计学意义(t=3.850、3.570、4.170、5.920,P<0.05);术后3个月观察组患者生活质量为(92.36±6.22)分、自我护理能力为(56.28±3.13)分、日常生活能力为(23.54±4.44)分,均显著高于对照组(73.55±10.27)分、(51.42±6.27)分、(19.64±7.63)分,差异有统计学意义(t=9.950、4.600、3.920,P<0.05)。结论心力衰竭合并心律失常患者护理中运用延伸护理,提高患者依从性,强化患者自我护理能力,值得推广。Objective To explore the nursing value of extended nursing in the nursing of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia.Methods A total of 86 patients with heart failure and arrhythmia admitted to the hospital from August 2019 to February 2020 were collected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,and the observation group was given extended nursing care.The difference in nursing effect between the two groups was compared.Results The observation group’s healthy diet was(8.15±1.24)points,medication compliance was(7.88±1.43)points,disease knowledge was(8.52±1.47)points,and reasonable exercise score was(8.78±1.03)points,which were significantly better than the control group’s(6.22±3.04)points,(5.47±4.19)points,(6.17±3.08)points,(5.88±3.39)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.850,3.570,4.170,5.920,P<0.05).the quality of life of the observation group was(92.36±6.22)points,the self-care ability was(56.28±3.13)points,and the ability of daily living was(23.54±4.44)points,which were significantly higher than the control group(73.55±10.27)points,(51.42±6.27)points,(19.64±7.63)points,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.950,4.600,3.920,P<0.05).Conclusion The use of extended care in the care of patients with heart failure and arrhythmia can improve patient compliance,and strengthen patients'self-care ability.It is worthy of promotion.
