摘　　要：地方党校(行政学院)图书馆是地方党校(行政学院)综合性的文献信息中心,信息技术的迅猛发展为地方党校(行政学院)图书馆期刊管理工作带来更多的机遇与挑战。文章在分析期刊管理工作存在的问题基础上,提出图书馆期刊管理与服务创新的对策建议,使图书馆发挥好保障作用,更好地为地方党校(行政学院)的中心工作服务。The local Party school(administrative college)library is the comprehensive document information center of the local Party school(administrative college).The rapid development of information technology brings more opportunities and challenges to the periodical management of the local Party school(administrative college)library.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the periodical management,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of the periodical management and service innovation in the library so that the library can play a good role in ensuring the periodical management and serve the central work of the local Party School.
