摘　　要：出租汽车市场运行状况评价是规范出租汽车行业持续健康发展的关键。文章从市场规模、市场运营、市场秩序3个维度分析,结合出租汽车管理体制实际,分别构建巡游出租汽车和网络预约出租汽车市场状况评价指标体系。基于物元分析法,结合AHP法、熵值法进行权重修正,构建AHP熵权-物元评价模型,将该模型应用于广东省出租汽车市场运行状况评价。2020年下半年,广东省有18个地市的出租汽车市场运行状况总体处于Ⅰ级推荐进入市场,2个地市处于Ⅴ级推荐退出市场,1个地市处于Ⅱ级倾向进入市场。The evaluation of taxi market operation is the key to standardize the sustainable and healthy development of taxi industry.Based on the analysis of market scale,market operation and market order,this paper constructs the evaluation index system of itinerary taxi and network reservation taxi.Based on matter element analysis method and AHP method to revise the weight entropy value method,AHP entropy weight-matter element evaluation model is constructed.The model is applied to the evaluation of Guangdong taxi market.In the second half of 2020,the operation status of taxi market in 18 cities of Guangdong Province is generally in Grade I recommended entry market,two cities are in Grade V recommended exit market,and one city is in GradeⅡinclined entry market.
