卫星通信在水电站集控通信项目中的应用

摘　　要：随着通信技术的发展和电厂管理水平的提高,电站群现代集控技术的应用越来越广泛,传统的有线通信在发生台风、地震等自然灾害时易受地理条件的限制不容易修复,而卫星通信技术弥补了这方面的不足。该文介绍了老挝南欧江流域集控中心以卫星通信作为备用通信的设计过程,通过波段选择、卫星天线配置和主要设备的选型几方面介绍了集控卫星通信的设计和项目建设情况。With the development of communication technology and the improvement of power plant management level,the application of modern centralized control technology of power station group is more and more extensive.The traditional wired communication is easily limited by geographical conditions in the event of typhoon,earthquake and other natural disasters,and it is not easy to repair,while the satellite communication technology makes up for this deficiency.This paper introduces the design process of the centralized control center in Laos'Nan'ou River basin with satellite communication as standby communication,and introduces the design and project construction of the centralized control satellite communication from the aspects of band selection,satellite antenna configuration and main equipment selection.
