摘  要:目的 了解中青年群体健康状况及其锻炼现状,开展如何进行碎片化时间锻炼可行性调查分析,并对中青年群体如何利用碎片化时间进行锻炼提出可行性条件及方式,以此提出促进中青年群体体质健康发展实质性建议。方法 以赣州市章贡区130名中青年群体为研究对象,通过问卷调查方式进行,运用文献资料法和数理统计法等研究方法。结果 中青年对于慢性疾病和碎片化时间认知程度不高;少部分人有锻炼习惯和意识,大部分人锻炼意识还是比较匮乏,并对于碎片化时间锻炼的这一概念基本没有形成;碎片化时间锻炼有一定的优越性和可操行性。结论 中青年群体有很多碎片化时间,可利用碎片化时间进行锻炼,通过日积月累的锻炼可以培养他们的锻炼习惯的有助于他们建立良好的生活方式,增强体质、强健体魄。Objective To understand the health status and exercise status of young and middle-aged people,How to carry on the feasibility investigation analysis of the fragmentation time exercise,and how to use the fragmentation time to exercise the middle-aged and young groups to put forward the feasibility conditions and ways,so as to promote the young and middle-aged group physical health development substantive suggestions.Methods This paper takes 130 young and middle-aged people in Zhanggong District of Ganzhou City as the research objects,conducts a questionnaire survey,and uses research methods such as literature data method and mathematical statistics method.Results Young and middle-aged people have low cognition degree of chronic diseases and fragmentation time;a small number of people have exercise habits and awareness,while most people still lack exercise awareness,and the concept of fragmented time exercise has not been formed;fragmentation time exercise has certain advantages and operability.Conclusion Young and middle-aged groups have a lot of fragmentation time,can use fragmentation time to exercise,through the accumulation of exercise can cultivate their exercise habits to help them to establish a good lifestyle,enhance the physique,strong body.
