水功能区达标建设评估体系在黄河流域的应用研究

摘　　要：为了确保黄河流域水功能区的达标建设管理工作的主要目标和各项任务具体并细化落实,基于水域功能保护、可操作性、定性与定量相结合以及区域性的原则,建立了黄河流域水功能区达标建设评估体系,体系包含水量、水质、水生态、监控管理4个模块指标,共计13个具体指标。黄河流域水功能区达标建设评估体系涵盖了黄河流域水功能区达标建设工作的各个方面,具有较好的实用性和操作性。In order to ensure that the main objectives and tasks of the water function zone construction and management in the Yellow River Basin are specific and detailed,based on the principles of water function protection,operability,combination of qualitative and quantitative,as well as regional,an evaluation system for the water function zone construction in the Yellow River Basin is established,which includes four module indicators of water quantity,water quality,water ecology,monitoring and management,A total of 13 specific indicators.The evaluation system of water function area standard construction in the Yellow River basin covers all aspects of water function area standard construction in the Yellow River Basin,which has good practicability and operability.
