摘  要:针对晶闸管模拟式移相触发电路存在的精度低、对称性差、抗干扰性弱等问题,设计并研制了适用于双向晶闸管的数字化移相触发控制器。该控制器采用单片机作为主控单元,设计了相应的单片机最小系统、交流过零检测电路以及脉冲隔离驱动放大电路等。利用单片机的高速运行特性实时检测交流信号,在控制信号的作用下对触发脉冲进行移相处理,相控式驱动双向晶闸管,从而满足控制对象的应用需求。实验表明,所设计的数字化移相触发器具有抗干扰特性好、工作稳定等特点,解决了传统触发器存在的不足。Aiming at the problems of low precision and poor symmetry in analog phase-shift trigger circuit of thyristor,a digital phase-shiftingtrigger controller suitable for bidirectional thyristor was designed and developed.The controller used single-chip microcomputer(MCU) as themain control unit,and designed the corresponding minimum system of MCU,AC zero crossing detection circuit,pulse isolation drivingamplifier circuit,etc.The AC signal was detected in real time by using the high-speed characteristic of MCU,and the trigger pulse wasprocessed by phase-shifting under the control signal,and the bidirectional thyristor was driven by chopping control mode,so as to meet theapplication requirements of the control object.The experimental results show that the digital phase-shift flip-flop has the characteristics ofhigh precision and good symmetry,which solves the shortcomings of the traditional flip-flop.
