摘 要:通过几何分析,建立了带切口半圆槽轮槽角度与磨损深度关系数学模型,并对曳引系数与磨损深度关系进行了定量分析。结果表明:带切口半圆槽轮槽角度随磨损深度的变大而变小,当磨损达到临界磨损深度时槽型特征角度不再变化;假设轮槽与钢丝绳间摩擦因数和包角不受磨损影响,磨损越严重则轮槽曳引系数和曳引能力越大,最终将达到最大值。Through geometric analysis,the mathematical model of the relationship between the groove angle and the wear depth of thesemicircular groove with notch was established.The relationship between the traction coefficientand the wear depth was quantitativelyanalyzed.The results show that the groove angle of half round groove with notch decreases with the increase of wear depth.When the criticalwear depth is reached,the groove characteristic angle does not change any more.Assuming that the friction coefficient and wrap angle betweengroove and wire rope will not be changed with wearing process,the traction coefficient and traction capacity of the wheel groove will beincreased with the more severe wear,and will eventually reach the maximum.
