摘 要:挤压机是铝挤压型材生产最主要的设备,其运行状态的好坏影响整个铝型材挤压的生产效率,对整体成本控制有非常大的影响。针对铝挤压效率改善工作的非挤压时间监控需求,提出了针对挤压机进行数据采集及数据分析的方案,方案中通过构建工业以太网络实现OPC服务器与挤压机PLC的远程连接和通讯,以特定的数据采集方法,实时采集挤压机的运行状态数据存入到SQL Server数据库中,并应用网页报表平台将数据进行呈现,实现对挤压机非挤压时间的实时监控和追溯。Extruder is the most important equipment in the production of aluminum profile.Its operation status affects the productionefficiency of the whole aluminum profile extrusion and has a great impact on the overall cost control.Aiming at the requirement of nonextrusion time monitoring for aluminum extrusion efficiency improvement,a scheme of data acquisition and data analysis for extrusion machinewas proposed.In the scheme,the remote connection and communication between OPC server and PLC of extrusion machine were realized byconstructing industrial Ethernet.With specific data acquisition method,the running state data of extrusion machine was collected in real timeand stored in SQL Server database.The Web Report platform was applied to present the data,so as to realize the real-time monitoring andtracing of the non extrusion time of the extruder.
