摘  要:现有调整灯光焦点的方式较常用的是手动调节,灯具安装在较高位置,调焦不方便,也有些灯具使用电动驱动调节,但调节结构复杂,在灯具上应用时,对灯具的要求较高。通过改变电动变焦组件,将电机和齿轮设计在导向环上,调焦环通过轮齿与导向环的齿轮联动,而变焦透镜通过短凸柱、长凸柱与调焦环、导向环的导向槽连接,导向槽将变焦透镜的旋转运动变成上下运动,改变变焦透镜与灯源的距离实现灯具调焦。该自动变焦机构零件少、结构简单、装卸方便,适用于射灯、聚光灯、导轨灯等灯具的自动调焦。The existing method of adjusting the focus of the light is more commonly used manual adjustment or electric drive adjustment.Thestructure is complicated.When applied to lamps,the requirements for lamps are higher.The motor and gear were designed in the guide ring bychanging the electric zoom assembly above,the focus ring was linked with the gear of the guide ring through the gear teeth,and the zoom lenswas connected with the guide groove of the focus ring and the guide ring through the short convex column and the long convex column.Theguide groove changes the rotation movement of the zoom lens into up and down movement,changes the distance between the zoom lens and thelight source to realize the focusing of the lamp.The automatic zoom mechanism has few parts,simple structure,convenient assembly anddisassembly,and is suitable for focusing of spotlights,spotlights,track lights and other lamps.
