摘　　要：目的探讨噻托溴铵对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的治疗效果。方法选取2018年3月~2019年10月中山市陈星海医院收治的90例COPD患者作为研究对象,根据患者是否同意使用支气管舒张剂噻托溴铵分为两组,使用噻托溴铵的48例患者为观察组,未使用噻托溴铵治疗的42例患者为对照组。比较两组治疗前后肺功能指标[第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、用力肺活量(FVC)、FEV1/FVC水平]及生活质量。结果两组患者FEV1、FVC及FEV1/FVC的时间、组间、交互作用比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者各项生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗6个月后,两组各项生活质量评分高于本组治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论早期诊断COPD并及时予以噻托溴铵治疗能够有效促进患者肺功能改善,提高其生活质量,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of Thiatropium Bromide on chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods A total of 90 patients with COPD admitted to Chenxinghai Hospital of Zhongshan City from March 2018 to October 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into two groups according to whether the patients agreed to use tiotropium bromide.The observation group of 48 cases were treated with Thiatropium Bromide,and the control group of 48 cases were not treated with Thiatropium Bromide.The pulmonary function indicators(forced expiratory volume in one second[FEV1],forced vital capacity[FVC]and FEV1/FVC levels)and quality of life in both groups were compared before and after treatment.Results The time,intergroup and interaction compared among FEV1,FVC and FEV1/FVC,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistical significance of the quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Six months after the treatment,the quality of life scores in both groups were higher than the group of before treatment,and the quality of life scores of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The early diagnosis of COPD and timely treatment with Thiatropium Bromide can effectively improve the Pulmonary function and improve the quality of life,thus it is worth promoting.
