健康中国背景下医养融合养老服务体系的建设及优化策略探讨

摘　　要：我国目前已进入深度老龄化时期,居家养老及社区养老已不能充分满足专业化、精细化及多样化的养老需求,近年来医养融合养老服务作为健康中国背景下新型养老模式而广受关注。本文以南充市为例,通过对南充市医养融合养老服务体系的建设现状调查,分析存在的问题并提出优化策略。南充市医养融合养老服务体系已初步建立,但仍然存在政策体系不健全、专业人才资源短缺、服务内容单一、医养融合养老意识淡薄等问题,政府需进一步健全医养融合制度建设,构建智能化医养融合养老体系,加强医疗、护理专业人员培养,提供多元化医养融合养老服务等优化策略。积极推动具有中国特色的医养融合养老服务体系的建设,实现"健康老龄化",为"健康中国2030"打好坚实基础。China has now entered a period of deep aging.Home care and community care can no longer fully meet the needs of professional,refined and diversified care.In recent years,integrated medical care and elderly care services have received widespread attention as a new type of care in the context of healthy China.Taking Nanchong City as an example,this paper analyzes the existing problems and proposes optimization strategies through the investigation of the current situation of the construction of the integrated medical and elderly care service system in Nanchong City.The integrated medical care and elderly care service system has been initially established,but there are still problems such as imperfect policy system,shortage of professional talent resources,single service content,and weak awareness of medical-care integrated elderly care.The government needs to further improve the construction of the medical-care integration system and build intelligence optimizing strategies,such as the integrated medical care and elderly care system,strengthen the training of medical and nursing professionals,and provide diversified medical care integrated elderly care services.Actively promote the construction of a medical-care integrated elderly care service system with Chinese characteristics to achieve“healthy aging”and lay a solid foundation for“Healthy China 2030”.
