从生态翻译学角度分析双语医疗环境中英语公示语应用的问题及对策

摘　　要：在国际交流日益增多的背景下,双语公示语在医学领域的应用引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。随着中国医疗水平的不断发展,双语医疗的要求随着城市的国际化不断提高,构建优质的双语医疗环境尤为重要,而医院公示语译文是最直接的体现。本文对安徽部分地市的三甲医院英语公示语进行了调研,从生态翻译学的三个维度上总结了错误和原因,并就从生态翻译学角度提高公示语译文的专业性、从医院管理角度提高公示语译文的规范性,从医务工作者角度提高双语医疗的普及性三个方面为改善双语医疗环境提出建议。Under the background of rapid development of international communication,scholars and foreigners draw lots of attention to the application of bilingual public signs in medical field.With the continuous development of Chinese medical level,the requirement of bilingual medical treatment is improving rapidly through the internationalization of cities.Therefore,it is of great significance to build a bilingual medical environment of superior quality.This paper makes a survey on the translation of public signs in three a hospitals in some cities of Anhui Province,also summarizes the mistakes and causes based on three aspects from ecological translation.In addition,three suggestions are put forward to improve bilingual medical environment in terms of improving the professionalism of public signs translation from the perspective of ecological translation,strengthening the standardization of the translation of public signs from the perspective of hospital management,enhancing the popularity of bilingual medical from the perspective of medical workers.
