摘　　要：目的探讨加速康复外科护理联合医护一体化管理模式在腹腔镜下子宫切除术中的应用。方法选取2019年1~12月萍乡市人民医院妇科收治的需要进行腹腔镜下子宫切除术的60例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,每组各30例。对照组患者采取传统护理干预模式,观察组患者在医护一体化管理模式下实行加速康复外科护理。比较两组患者护理后的舒适度、满意度、临床指标以及护理质量评分。结果护理后,观察组患者的舒适度及满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的住院时间、下床活动时间、肛门排气时间以及肛门排便时间均短于对照组,疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者的临床护理环境、护理实际操作水平、测评书写质量以及服务态度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用腹腔镜下子宫切除术的患者采用加速康复外科护理联合医护一体化管理模式,可以缩短患者术后康复时间,加快身体功能恢复,缩短住院时间,缓解疼痛,提高护士业务水平,患者的舒适感增强,满意度提高。Objective To explore the application of a management mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with integrated medical care in laparoscopic hysterectomy.Methods A total of 60 patients who needed laparoscopic hysterectomy treated in the Department of Gynecology,People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City from January to December in 2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group adopted the traditional nursing intervention mode,and the observation group accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing under the integrated management mode of medical care.Comfort,satisfaction,clinical indicators and nursing quality scores were compared between the two groups after nursing.Results After nursing,the comfort and satisfaction degree of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the hospital stay,time to get out of bed,anal exhaust time and the anal bowel movement time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the clinical nursing environment,nursing practice level,test writing quality and service attitude of the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The management mode of accelerated rehabilitation surgery nursing combined with integrated medical care for patients undergoing laparoscopic hysterectomy can shorten the postoperative recovery time,accelerate the recovery of physical functions,shorten the hospital stay,alleviate clinical pain,and improve the professional level of nurses,enhance comfort and increase satisfaction of patients.
