摘　　要：目的探讨构思-设计-实现-运作(CDIO)模式在新生儿窒息复苏培训中的应用效果。方法选取2017年6月~2020年8月江西省萍乡市人民医院的100名入科实习护士作为研究对象,依据随机数字表法将其分成对照组与观察组,每组各50名。对照组采用常规复苏理论讲授和现场模型操作培训,观察组采用CDIO模式新生儿窒息复苏培训。比较两组培训8周时的理论与操作考核成绩、培训前及培训8周时的创新行为量表(IBS)评分。结果观察组实习护士的理论考核及操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。培训8周时,两组实习护士的IBS评分均高于培训前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CDIO模式教学应用于新生儿窒息复苏培训,可提高实习护士的理论知识水平与实践操作技能水平,促进实习护士创新能力的提升。Objective To explore the application effect of conceive-design-implement-operate(CDIO)mode in neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training.Methods A total of 100 intern nurses of department from June 2017 to August 2020 in People′s Hospital of Pingxiang City,Jiangxi Province were selected as research objects.According to random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional resuscitation theory teaching and field model operation training,while the observation group received neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training in CDIO mode.The scores of theory and operation assessment,innovation behavior scale(IBS)scores before and after 8 weeks of training were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of theory examination and operation examination of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 8 weeks of training,the IBS scores of the two groups were higher than those before training,and the IBS score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of CDIO teaching mode in neonatal asphyxia resuscitation training can effectively improve the theoretical knowledge level and practical operation skills of intern nurses,and promote the innovation ability of intern nurses.
