摘　　要：目的探讨风险管理对老年静脉留置输液患者不良事件发生情况的影响。方法选取2019年1~12月赣南医学院第三附属医院静脉留置输液的82例老年患者,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各41例。对照组给予常规管理护理模式干预,观察组给予风险管理护理模式干预,两组干预7 d。比较两组干预期的不良事件发生情况和护理满意度。结果干预期,观察组的留置针脱落、血肿、液体渗漏、静脉炎、留置针堵塞及针头回血凝聚回输发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论风险管理护理模式干预可减少老年静脉留置输液患者不良事件发生,提高护理满意度。Objective To investigate the influence of risk management on the occurrence of adverse events in elderly patients with indwelling intravenous infusion.Methods A total of 82 elderly patients who underwent intravenous infusion in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Gannan Medical University from January to December 2019 were selected and divided into two groups according to random number table method,41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine management nursing mode intervention,and the observation group was given risk management nursing mode intervention,both were intervened for 7 days.The occurrence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction during the intervention period of the two groups were compared.Results During the intervention period,the incidence of indwelling needle shedding,hematoma,fluid leakage,phlebitis,indwelling needle blockage,and needle blood clotting in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Risk management and nursing mode intervention can reduce the occurrence of adverse events in elderly patients with indwelling intravenous infusion and improve nursing satisfaction.
