摘　　要：目的:通过对《南京医科大学学报(自然科学版)》近10年所载文献进行分析,探索医学研究热点发展趋势,并得到对学报发展方向的启示。方法:利用CiteSpace软件对2010—2020年杂志所载文献进行可视化分析,绘制作者、研究机构合作图谱,关键词共现图谱和聚类图谱,并进行突现词探测。结果:发文量最多的作者为冯振卿、朱进等,并形成多个核心作者团队。发文量最多的机构为南京医科大学第一附属医院内分泌科,且与其他机构合作紧密。频次最高关键词为"预后""儿童""凋亡"等。近年来,突现与恶性肿瘤相关关键词"结直肠癌""卵巢癌""迁移"等。结论:杂志内容多元全面,且紧贴医学研究热点,近年来更加关注疾病危险因素的探究及疾病预后,对恶性肿瘤的研究更为深入,所载文献还应用了大数据时代的科研新方法。Objective:Through the analysis of the literatures on Nanjing Medical University Academic Journal(Natural Science Edition)in recent ten years,this paper explores the development trend of medical research hot spots,and gets the enlightenment to the development direction of this journal.Methods:CiteSpace software was used to visualize and analyze the literatures published from 2010 to 2020,draw the cooperative atlas of authors and research institutions,the atlas of co-occurrence of keywords and cluster atlas,and detect the emergent words.Results:Feng Zhenqing and Zhu Jin were the authors who published the most papers and formed several core author teams.The institutions which published the most papers are the Department of Endocrinology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University and cooperate closely with other institutions.The highest frequency keywords are prognosis,children,apoptosis and so on.In recent years,the related keywords"colorectal cancer","ovarian cancer"and migration"have emerged.Conclusion:The contents of the journal are comprehensive and close to the medical research hotspot.In recent years,more attention has been paid to the exploration of the risk factors of disease and the prognosis of the disease,and the study of the malignant tumor has been deepened.The published papers also apply new scientific research methods in the era of big data.
