摘　　要：科技型中小企业是推动经济高质量发展的重要主体,新冠疫情后信贷融资问题更加成为影响科技型中小企业生存和发展的重要因素。文章通过调研和调查,梳理分析江苏科技型中小企业信贷融资现状,从商业银行、政策环境和科技型中小企业自身角度出发,深度剖析科技型中小企业信贷融资困境的形成原因,提出解决科技型中小企业融资难问题的创新策略建议。Sci-tech small and medium-sized enterprises(SMEs)are the important main body of promoting the development of high-quality economy,and the issue of credit financing after COVID-19 epidemic has become an important factor affecting the survival and development of sci-tech SMEs.Through investigation,this paper analyzes the present situation of credit financing of sci-tech SMEs in Jiangsu province,analyzes the causes of the difficulties of credit financing of sci-tech SMEs from the perspectives of commercial banks,policy environment and sci-tech SMEs themselves,and puts forward some innovative strategies for solving the difficulties of financing of sci-tech SMEs.
