摘　　要：本文在分析科技期刊转企改制现状、转企改制后科技期刊编辑职业发展困惑的基础上,以江苏省农业科学院主办的《江苏农业学报》《江苏农业科学》为例,进一步分析转企改制后科技期刊编辑的岗位设置与职业生涯协同规划,以期总结有益经验、探索新的发展思路,为相关研究提供参考。Based on the analysis of the current situation of journal publishing unit restructuring and transformation and the career development confusion of sci-tech journal editors,this paper takes Jiangsu Agricultural Sciences and Jiangsu Journal of Agricultural Sciences sponsored by Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the example to further analyze the cooperative setting of career planning and position of sci-tech journal editors after unit restructuring and transformation,hoping to summarize useful experience,explore new development ideas and provide a reference for related research.
