摘 要:四川某微细粒嵌布铜矿石铜品位为1.05%,其中次生硫化铜占45.83%、原生硫化铜占39.59%、氧化铜占14.58%,脉石矿物主要为石英、方解石等,主要铜矿物平均粒径均小于20μm,单体解离度差。通过磨矿细度试验、粗选及扫选条件试验,确定了浮选工艺流程和药剂制度。在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm质量分数占70%,硫化钠在粗选、扫一、扫二中的用量分别为1000、1000、500 g/t,(戊黄药+Z200)组合捕收剂在粗选、扫一、扫二中的用量分别为(180+20)、(180+20)、(90+10)g/t的条件下,采用"1粗2扫2精、部分中矿集中处理"的浮选工艺,闭路试验获得的精矿Cu品位为19.12%、Cu回收率为79.16%,尾矿Cu品位为0.22%、Cu回收率为20.84%。A certain finely disseminated copper ore in Sichuan province contains 1.05%Cu,of which secondary copper sulfide accounts for as high as 45.83%,primary copper sulfide accounts for 39.59%,copper oxide accounts for 14.58%,and gangue minerals are mainly quartz,calcite,etc.The averaged particle size of copper minerals is less than 20μm,with poor degree of liberation.Through flotation tests as function of grinding size under different conditions for roughing and scavenging flotation,the optimized process circuit and reagent regime were determined.The results are described as follows:when the ore was ground to 70%-0.074 mm,the flotation circuit was composed of one rougher,two scavengers,two cleaners,and retreatment of part middlings,the dosages of sodium sulfide was 1,000 g/t feed for roughing,1,000 g/t feed for primary scavenging and 500 g/t feed for secondary scavenging respectively,and the consumption of the combined collector of pentoxanthate+Z200 was(180+20)g/t feed for roughing,(180+20)g/t for primary scavenging and(90+10)g/t for secondary scavenging respectively,the flotation tests with closed circuit was carried out to produce the copper concentrate assaying 19.12%Cu with Cu recovery of 79.16%,and the tailings assaying 0.22%Cu with copper recovery loss of 20.84%.
