摘 要:阐述了液压旋回破碎机与颚式破碎机在国内外的发展概况与趋势,分别介绍了两者的工作原理和技术性能,将两种破碎机应用于永靖项目并进行对比分析,结果表明:与颚式破碎机相比,液压旋回破碎机破碎后粒度在350 mm以上物料的质量分数减少了约13个百分点,350~100 mm范围内物料的质量分数增加了20%以上,在粗碎加工过程中破碎效果更好;液压旋回破碎机的人员编制可减少75%,材料维修费可减少56.38%。综合而言,使用液压旋回破碎机每年可为企业节约数百万元的生产成本,经济效益显著。The development trend of hydraulic gyratory crusher and jaw crusher at home and abroad were summarized in this paper where the working principle and technical performance of both crushers were presented respectively.The comparative analysis on the performance of two kinds of crushers was carried out in terms of their application in Yongjin project.The results show that comparing with the jaw crusher,the size fraction+350 mm contained in the ore crushed by hydraulic gyratory crusher was reduced by 13 percentage points,while the size fraction-350 mm+100 mm increased by more than 20%,resulting in better performance in primary crushing process.In addition,the number of operators required for hydraulic gyratory crusher can be reduced by 75%,material maintenance cost can be reduced by 56.38%compared to the jaw crusher.In summary,remarkable economic performance is expected for the company to achieve with a reduction of the operating cost by millions yuan per year.
