摘　　要：目的建立UPLC⁃MS/MS法同时测定女金胶囊(当归、白芍、川芎等)中益母草碱、芍药苷、阿魏酸、毛蕊花糖苷、延胡索乙素、橙皮苷、黄芩苷、桂皮醛、甘草酸、欧前胡素的含量。方法该药物70%乙醇提取液的分析采用Phenomenex Kinetex C18色谱柱(2.1 mm×50 mm,2.6μm);流动相0.1%甲酸⁃乙腈,梯度洗脱;体积流量0.4 mL/min;柱温35℃;ESI离子源;MRM模式。结果10种成分在各自范围内线性关系良好(r≥0.9990),平均加样回收率96.6%~99.9%,RSD 1.8%~2.8%。结论该方法快速灵敏,专属性强,可用于女金胶囊的质量控制。AIM To establish a UPLC⁃MS/MS method for the simultaneous content determination of leonurusine,paeoniflorin,ferulic acid,acteoside,tetrahydropalmatine,hesperidin,baicalin,cinnamaldehyde,glycyrrhizic acid and imperatorin in Nüjin Capsules(Angelicae sinensis Radix,Paeoniae Radix Alba,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,etc.).METHODS The analysis of 70%ethanol extract of this drug was performed on a 35℃thermostatic Phenomenex Kinetex C18 column(2.1 mm×50 mm,2.6μm),with the mobile phase comprising of 0.1%formic acid⁃acetonitrile flowing at 0.4 mL/minin a gradient elution manner,and ESI ion source was adopted in MRM mode.RESULTS Ten constituents showed good linear relationships within their own ranges(r≥0.9990),whose average recoveries were 96.6%-99.9%with the RSDs of 1.8%-2.8%.CONCLUSION This rapid,sensitive and specific method can be used for the quality control of Nüjin Capsules.
