改性剂添加量和配伍对改性沥青及卷材性能的影响探究

摘　　要：研究了SBS与C9石油树脂添加量和配伍对改性沥青及卷材性能的影响。结果发现,C9石油树脂添加量固定时,随着SBS添加量的增加,改性沥青的软化点升高、针入度下降,改性沥青卷材的低温柔性改善、接缝剥离强度增大,热老化后的低温柔性衰减改善;SBS添加量固定时,随着C9石油树脂添加量的增加,改性沥青的软化点升高、针入度增大,改性沥青卷材的低温柔性改善、接缝剥离强度减小,热老化后的低温柔性衰减改善。The effects of SBS and C9 petroleum resin addition and compatibility on the properties of modified bitumen and waterproofing membrane are studied.Results show that when C9 petroleum resin content is fixed,with the increase of SBS content,the softening point of modified bitumen increases,the penetration decreases,the low-temperature flexibility of modified bitumen membrane improves,the joint peeling strength increases,and the low-temperature flexibility attenuation improves after thermal aging;When SBS content is fixed,with the increase of C9 petroleum resin content,the softening point and penetration of modified bitumen increase,the low-temperature flexibility of modified bitumen membrane is improved,the joint peeling strength is reduced,and the low-temperature flexibility attenuation after thermal aging is improved.
