摘  要:在单组分聚氨酯防水涂料配方体系中添加不同种类的流变剂,通过测试涂料在不同阶段的黏度变化与抗流挂效果,评估涂料在生产、储存、施工阶段的性能,从而筛选出适于生产抗流挂聚氨酯防水涂料的流变剂;此外,还研究了消泡剂和增塑剂对涂料力学性能和施工性能的影响。结果表明,以聚脲类流变剂BT-41、植物油、2‰的消泡剂XP制备的单组分聚氨酯防水涂料,能够较好地满足施工要求,抗流挂效果好。Different kinds of rheological agents are added to the formulation system of single component polyurethane waterproofing coating.The viscosity change and anti-sagging effect of the coating at different stages are tested to evaluate the performance of the coating at stages of production,storage and construction,so as to select suitable rheological agent for the production of anti-sagging polyurethane waterproofing coating.In addition,the effects of defoamer and plasticizer on mechanical properties and workability of the coating are also studied,and results show that the single component polyurethane waterproofing coating prepared with polyurea rheological agent BT-41,vegetable oil and 2‰defoamer XP can meet the construction requirements and has good anti-sagging effect.
