摘　　要：额面部注射透明质酸美容后眼动脉栓塞致视力受损属严重并发症,目前在我国发生率日渐增多,但尚缺乏统一治疗规范与指南。中国医药教育协会介入微创治疗专业委员会组织国内相关领域专家,针对介入血管再通术治疗额面部注射透明质酸美容致眼动脉栓塞视力受损等问题达成本专家共识。Impairment of visual acuity incaused by ocular artery embolization is a serious complication of frontal injection of hyaluronic acid.Gradually increasing in China,and the treatment methods are varied but still lack of unified treatment norms and guidelines.The Committee of Interventional Minimally Invasive Therapy of China Medicine Education Association of China Society organized domestic experts in the relevant fields for intraarterial recanalization of occluded ophthalmic arteries in patients with vision impairment caused by injection of hyaluronic acid in frontal area and reached this experts consensus.
