摘  要:研究不同调节剂对北美冬青生长及光合的影响,为冬青栽培技术、园林应用提供理论依据。以北美冬青‘奥斯特’为试材,通过施用不同调节剂,研究其对株高、冠幅、果实、生物量及光合等的影响。结果表明:T3(胺鲜酯30 mg/L+复硝酚钠50 mg/L+白醋500 mg/L)处理的北美冬青株高、冠幅、茎粗最大,其中平均株高达55.32 cm;果实横径和纵径最大,分别达到了9.34 mm和8.52 mm;生物量鲜重和干重也为最大,其中地上部分生物量鲜重和干重分别为44.21g、23.45g,显著高于(T1、T2、CK)处理;不同处理条件下,T3的净光合速率和气孔导度最大,分别为8.42μmoL CO_(2).m~(-2).s^(-1)和104.62 mmoL H_(2)O.m^(-2).s^(-1),分别比对照增加了11.67%、9.77%。Study on effects of different regulating agent on growth and photosynthesis of Ilex verticillata;for providing basis of cultivation techniques and landscape application.Taking Ilex verticillata‘Oosterwijk’’as test materials,study the effects of different regulating agent on plant height,crown width,fruits,biomass and photosynthesis,etc.The results show that the plant height,crown width,stem diameter of treatment T3(DA-630 mg/L+compound sodium nitrophenolate 50 mg/L+white vinegar 500 mg/L)were maximum,average plant height was 55.32 cm;the fruit diameter in crosswise and longitudinally the biomass of dry weight and wet weight were also maximum,the biomass of dry weight and wet weight on the ground were 44.21 g and 23.45 g respectively,significantly higher than treatment T1、T2、CK;the Pn and Gs of treatment T3 in different treatment conditions were maximum,they were 8.42μmol CO_(2).m^(-2).s^(-1) and 104.62 mmol H_(2)O.m^(-2).s^(-1),increased by 11.67 and 9.77 percentage more than CK respectively.
