摘 要:以上海市某基坑围护工程监测数据为基础,对比分析了PC工法组合桩与SMW工法桩的力学特性,结果表明:在厚填土、污染土区域,PC工法组合桩的成桩效果及止水效果更佳;PC工法组合桩表现出较强的整体性,尤其是在拆撑阶段,对桩顶位移有更好的控制效果;反分析结果表明,PC工法组合桩表现出较明显的时间效应,在配筋垫层形成后可以显著减小变形发展速度;由于整体性较好及土塞的作用,PC工法组合桩的表现刚度较理论刚度大约20%;在同等条件下,PC工法组合桩较SMW工法可节约围护桩造价约20%,若考虑节约施工工期、养护工期及完全回收等,则社会及经济效益更加突出。Based on the monitoring data of a foundation pit support project in Shanghai,the mechanical properties of PC composite pile and SMW pile are compared and analyzed.The results indicates that:In the area of thick fill and polluted soil,the pile forming effect and water sealing effect of PC composite pile are better;PC composite pile shows strong integrity and it has especially better control effect on pile top displacement in the stage of removing support;PC composite pile shows obvious time effect,which can significantly reduce the deformation development speed after the formation of reinforced cushion;due to the good integrity and the effect of soil plug,the performance stiffness of PC composite pile is about 20%higher than the theoretical stiffness;under the same conditions,the construction cost of composite pile with PC construction method can be saved about 20%compared with SMW construction method;if the construction period,curing period and complete recycling are considered,the social and economic benefits will be more prominent.
