摘　　要：对第三代钢管桁架预应力混凝土叠合板生产工艺在山西建筑产业现代化(晋中)园区PC工厂的研究与应用进行了详细介绍。第三代钢管桁架预应力混凝土预制底板以其自动化生产效率高、抗裂性能好、后浇混凝土叠合层总厚度小、施工安装所需支撑少、板形薄、板幅大、自重轻、施工安装速度快、综合造价低等特点广受业界好评,具有较大的推广意义和应用价值。The research and application of the third generation steel tube truss prestressed concrete laminated floor production technology in PC plant of Shanxi Construction Industry Modernization(Jinzhong)Park are introduced in detail.The third generation steel tube truss prestressed concrete precast floor is widely praised by the industry for its high automatic production efficiency,good crack resistance,small total thickness of post cast concrete laminated layer,less support required for construction and installation,due to its thin shape,large width,light weight,fast construction and installation speed,low comprehensive cost and other characteristics,which has greater promotion significance and application value.
