异形曲面钢模板在清水混凝土结构施工中的应用

摘　　要：在成都天府国际机场旅客过夜用房项目的施工过程中,针对建筑外部数量众多的环状连体Y形变截面清水混凝土斜柱,设计了一种数字化加工的异形曲面组合钢模板,并对钢模板的制作、安装及清水混凝土的浇筑过程进行介绍。清水混凝土的最终浇筑效果最大限度地呈现了Y形变截面清水混凝土斜柱的观感效果,取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益,可为其他类似工程提供借鉴。In the construction process of the project of Chengdu Tianfu International Airport overnight accommodation for passengers,aiming at a large number of annular connected Y-shaped variable cross-section fair-faced concrete inclined columns outside the building,a kind of special-shaped surface combined steel formwork with digital processing is designed,and the production and installation of steel formwork and the pouring process of fair-faced concrete are introduced.The final pouring effect of fair-faced concrete shows the appearance effect of Y-shaped cross-section fair-faced concrete inclined columns to the maximum extent,and achieves good social and economic benefits.It can provide reference for other similar projects.
