悬挑脚手架在抗震构造柱施工中的应用

摘  要:厂房抗震构造柱通常以独立框架结构形式设计,给现场施工带来困难。以上海奉贤区再生能源综合利用中心为例,设计并验证单榀独立抗震框架结构悬挑脚手架的安全性能。采用有限元分析计算的方法,用梁单元及桁架单元计算并验算悬挑型钢、普通钢管及部分连接构造的设计是否满足要求,得到分析结论为:预想的初步设计满足施工使用要求;在不考虑节点构造前提下,悬挑型钢的承载能力利用率约30%;对于普通钢管脚手架,在无节点构造实体模型分析验证及论证下,不建议超越规范构造要求搭设。The anti-earthquake construction column of factory building is usually designed as an independent frame structure,which brings difficulties to the field construction.Taking Shanghai Fengxian District Renewable Energy Comprehensive Utilization Center as an example,the safety performance of single cantilever scaffold with independent seismic frame structure is designed and verified.By the method of finite element analysis and calculation,the beam element and truss element are used to calculate and check whether the design of cantilever section steel,ordinary steel pipe and part of connection structure meets the requirements.It is concluded that:the expected preliminary design meets the construction requirements;without considering the joint structure,the utilization rate of bearing capacity of cantilever section steel is about 30%;for the ordinary steel pipe scaffold,it is not recommended to set up the structure beyond the requirements of the code under the analysis,verification and demonstration of the solid model of nodeless structure.
