摘　　要：我国建筑业劳务工人队伍存在老龄化严重、文化程度低、技能水平欠缺等问题,严重制约了建筑行业的可持续发展。通过分析建筑业劳务工人存在的问题,并借鉴日本建筑业劳务用工管理改革的实践经验,提出进一步优化我国劳务管理制度的相关建议,以期为优化我国劳动力结构、加快建筑业改革、推动产业升级提供参考。There are many problems in the construction industry of China,such as severe aging,low education level and lack of skills,which seriously restrict the sustainable development of the construction industry.Based on the analysis of the problems of construction workers and the practical experience of Japan’s construction labor management reform,some suggestions are proposed to further optimize China’s labor management system,so as to provide reference for optimizing China’s labor structure,accelerating construction reform and promoting industrial upgrading.
