我国越野跑赛事发展的回顾反思与展望——兼论甘肃白银黄河石林越野赛事件的赛事组织

摘　　要：运用文献资料法,旨在从历史的角度,回顾、梳理我国越野跑赛事发展的历史脉络,审视我国越野跑赛事发展的现实状况,进而发现问题并提出新时代我国越野跑赛事发展方略。研究发现:越野跑引入中国已有二十余年,经历了赛事引入、探索、发展、高潮、间断5个阶段。发展过程中存在越野跑伤亡、相关标准混淆、缺少主管部门、商业价值开发粗浅、对生态环境的挑战等问题。实现新时代越野跑赛事更高质量的科学化发展,须建立越野跑安全保障长效机制、厘清分类标准、确立主管部门及权责、构建形成越野跑赛事价值体系、实现绿色办赛等。By using the method of literature,this paper aims to review and comb the historical context of the development of trail running events in China from a historical perspective,examine the actual situation of the development of trail running events in China,and then find out the problems and put forward the development strategy of trail running events in the new era.It is found that the introduction of trail running into China for more than 20 years has experienced five stages:introduction,exploration,development,climax and interruption.In order to realize the scientific development of trail running with higher quality in the new era,we should establish a long-term mechanism of trail running safety guarantee,clarify the classification standards,establish the competent departments and their rights and responsibilities,build and form a trail running value system,green race and other efforts.
