摘 要:目的优化美洛昔康纳米乳处方工艺,并考察其体外渗透性能。方法采用Box-Behnken响应面法筛选最优处方,并通过离体渗透试验评价体外渗透性能。结果最优处方为油酸、吐温85、聚乙二醇400,平均粒径的预测误差为5.99%;包封率的预测误差为1.14%。纳米乳、普通乳与混悬剂的Js分别为1.0315,0.5994,0.3917 mg·cm^(-2)7·h^(-1)。结论Box-Behnken响应面法所筛选处方最优,制备的纳米乳可提高美洛昔康的经皮渗透能力。Objective To optimize the formulation process of meloxicam nanoemulsion and investigate its permeability in vitro.Methods Box-Behnken response surface method was used to screen the best prescription,and the permeability in vitro was evaluated by in vitro permeability test.Results The optimum formula was oleic acid,Tween 85 and polyethylene glycol 400,and the prediction error of average particle size was 5.99%.The prediction error of encapsulation efficiency is 1.14%.The Js of nano-milk,common milk and suspension were 1.0315,0.5994 and 0.3917 mg·cm^(-2)·h^(-1),respectively.Conclusion Box-Behnken response surface method is the best prescription,and the nano-emulsion prepared can improve the transdermal permeation ability of meloxicam.
