摘 要:采用硅烷偶联剂和水玻璃对再生细骨料进行表面复合改性,研究改性前后再生细骨料的物理性能及其对再生混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:再生骨料经6%水玻璃和3%硅烷偶联剂浸泡2 h后,吸水率较未改性再生骨料吸水率降低29%,压碎指标值降低到14.3%。由复合改性的再生骨料配制的再生混凝土的7 d、28 d和60 d抗压强度和抗拉强度明显提高,其抗压强度分别达到21.16 MPa,36.49 MPa,42.23 MPa。The effects of surface composite modification of regenerated fine aggregate on physical properties of recycled fine aggregate and performance of recycled concrete were studied by silane coupling agent and sodium silicate.The results show that the recycled fine aggregate were soaked for 2 hours by 6%silane coupling agent and 3%sodium silicate,the water absorption rate was reduced by 29%than that of the untreated one and the crushing index was 14.3%.The compressive strength and tensile strength of 7d,28 d and 60 d of regenerated concrete were greatly improved,the 7d,28 d and 60d compressive strength were 21.16MPa,36.49MPa,42.23 MPa,respectively.
