摘　　要：目的:探究双侧多发性肋骨骨折合并锁骨骨折行内固定术的配合和护理。方法:纳入共计80例患者进行实验调查,以随机数表分组法将其分为对照组(40例)及观察组(40例),对照组给予常规手术护理,观察组给予专业术中配合和护理,对比组间患者的各项手术指标、治疗的有效率和并发症的发生率。结果:观察组患者各项手术指标均高于对照组患者,差异显著(P<0.01);观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组患者差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:采用优质护理措施对双侧多发性肋骨骨折合并锁骨骨折行内固定术患者进行护理,可显著降低患者的手术时间,手术的整体治疗有效率得到显著提升,术中配合可有效降低出血量和术后的恢复时间,可保证患者的生命健康、减轻住院压力。Objective:To explore the cooperation and nursing of internal fixation for bilateral multiple rib fractures combined with clavicle fractures.Methods:A total of 80 patients were included for experimental investigation.They were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases)by a random number table grouping method.The control group was given For routine surgical care,the observation group was given professional intraoperative cooperation and nursing,and the various surgical indicators,effective treatment efficiency,and complication rates of patients between the groups were compared.Results:All surgical indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01);the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The use of high-quality nursing measures to care for patients with bilateral multiple rib fractures combined with clavicle fractures undergoing internal fixation can significantly reduce the patient’s operation time,the overall treatment efficiency of the operation is significantly improved,and intraoperative cooperation can effectively reduce the amount of bleeding and The postoperative recovery time can ensure the patient’s life and health and reduce the pressure of hospitalization.
