摘　　要：新时代草根体育组织是有着巨大潜力的基层社会体育服务力量。运用文献资料法等研究方法,分析草根体育组织培育发展的概况及趋势,其影响因素有:官方合法身份与社会合法身份、精英“传帮带”机制的逐渐不适、政府相对被动与社会有限主动、社会价值认同与本土文化自信。提出推动其高质量参与基层社会体育公共服务的策略建议:获取更广泛的合法身份、提升专业水平和服务能力、政社互动改革合作机制、释放社会价值并坚定文化自信。Grassroots sports organizations in the new era are the grassroots social sports service force with great potential.Using literature and other research methods,it analyze the overview and trends of grassroots sports organizations'cultivation and development,and their influencing factors:official and social legitimacy,the gradual discomfort of elite"passing on"mechanism,the relative passivity of government and limited social initiative,social value recognition and local cultural confidence.The following strategies are proposed to promote their high-quality participation in grassroots social sports public services:acquiring a broader legal identity,improving professionalism and service capacity,reforming the cooperation mechanism through government-society interaction,releasing social values and strengthening cultural confidence.
