摘  要:通过对动车组侧墙与车顶连接构件的焊接残余应力进行数值模拟,对比分析了X射线衍射(XRD)测试数据与计算值,验证了测试结果与经验值基本吻合;通过数值模拟计算值与XRD测试值相互验证了测试规律的一致性和测试结果的可靠性;针对车体在生产制造过程中出现的典型问题(车顶凹陷变形)进行了分析,优化了焊接工艺。Through the numerical simulation of welding residual stress of side wall and car roof connection for multiple units,the test data and calculated value of X-ray diffraction(XRD)are analyzed,it is verified the test results are basically consistent with empirical value.Both the calculated value of numerical simulation and test value of XRD mutually verify the consistency of test rule and reliability of test result.The typical problems of car body(sunken deformation of car roof)appeared in manufacturing process are analyzed,and the welding process is optimized.
