摘 要:基于线路测试数据,在疲劳试验台架上模拟某敞车线路运行时的车体加速度和应力,对以摇枕加速度为目标和以车体加速度为目标的线路模拟对比研究。结果表明:当以摇枕加速度为目标时,摇枕的状态与线路运行一致,但车体加速度和车体应力的模拟结果较差;当以车体加速度为目标时,模拟结果明显优于以摇枕加速度为目标的模拟结果。Based on the line test data,the acceleration and stress of the car body during the operation of a gondola car on line are simulated on the fatigue test bench,and the line simulations with the target of acceleration of bolster and acceleration of car body are compared.The results show that when the acceleration of bolster is taken as the target,the status of the bolster is consistent with the operation of the line,but the simulation results of the acceleration and stress of the car body are poor.When the acceleration of car body is taken as the target,the simulation results are significantly better than those with the acceleration of bolster.
