摘　　要：针对敞车下侧门门框开焊、裂损故障,从结构设计、段修时加修方法、装卸货物非正常作业3个方面分析了原因,并提出了相应的改进建议及加修方案。Aiming at the open welding and cracking fault of the lower side door frame for gondola cars,the causes are analyzed from three aspects of structural design,repair method during repair in vehicle depot and abnormal operation during loading and unloading goods,and the improvement suggestions and repair scheme are put forward.
